Project: Village Retail LLC – Site Plan

Area and Location: The property is located at 735 E Jefferson Avenue where there is an existing residence and garage located on the property.

Applicants: Cherie Sanders and Mark Wellstone, Village Retail LLC, Purchasers; and
Devin & Felicia Cook, Property Owners.

Summary: The Planning Commission will consider and act on approving a proposed Site Plan for Village Retail LLC, for a retail marijuana store proposed to be located on 0.21 acres at 735 E Jefferson Avenue, Hayden. The property is zoned Commercial (C) where the proposed use is allowed by right. The Purchasers propose to remodel or replace the existing residential structure for
the retail store use, demolish the existing garage, and develop the property with parking areas, landscaping and signage in accordance with the site plan included herewith.

NOTE: Additional application information is available in the Town Planner’s office for review by the public during regular business hours.

Meeting Schedule: Planning Commission Public Hearing on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 7:00 pm. Location to be at Hayden Town Hall, 178 West Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado.
