On August 8, 2015 Chief Rick Brandt, president of the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police, awarded Chief Greg Tuliszewski of the Hayden Police Department CACP Executive Certification. At the October 1st Hayden Town Council meeting Chief Brandt was joined by Mayor Jim Haskins, Town Councilmembers, the City of Craig’s Chief Walt Vanatta, CSP Sergeant Scott Elliott and members of the Town staff in recognizing Chief Tuliszewski for his dedication and achievement. The Executive Certification program recognizes Colorado chiefs of police for meeting specific criteria in the areas of education, training, experience, and leadership. With more than 20 years in law enforcement, a graduate degree in Public Administration, completion of executive level training for command officers, and demonstrated leadership in Colorado law enforcement, Chief Tuliszewski is well deserving of this recognition.
Formed in 1964, the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police is committed to providing education and training to our members and promoting the highest ethical standards in law enforcement. The CACP is proud of Chief Tuliszewski for his leadership and his on-going contributions to the professionalism of Colorado law enforcement.
